This privacy policy applies to all individuals who access the Gonka Broker website, dashboards, APIs, and related interfaces (collectively, the “Services”), or who otherwise interact with us.

If you choose to activate the free tier, we ask you to verify a mobile phone number. Providing a phone number is optional and is not required to use the Service; it is used solely to confirm that the account belongs to a real person and to enforce a limit of one free tier per number. We share the number itself — and no other account data — with our verification provider, Twilio Inc. (USA), solely to deliver the one-time code and validate the number type; the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. We never use your phone number for marketing and never send any messages other than verification codes.
Payment Data (Handled by Stripe)
If you make purchases, payment data is processed exclusively by our third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). Gonka Broker does not store credit card numbers, security codes, or full payment instruments. We may receive limited metadata from Stripe, such as payment status or the last four digits of a card, as required for fulfillment and recordkeeping.

ACCESS TO INFERENCE-USAGE DATA
Gonka Broker provides user-facing summaries of how many Inference Tokens have been consumed via the Gonka.ai network.

We use PostHog, a product analytics service, to understand how our website and application are used: pages visited, interface interactions, and referring pages. Analytics data is collected through our own infrastructure and processed on servers located in the European Union. On our marketing website, analytics uses an anonymous identifier that is kept only for the duration of the browser session. In the application, analytics events are linked to your internal account identifier so we can understand and improve product usage.
