Payment Data (Handled by Stripe)

If you make purchases, payment data is processed exclusively by our third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). Gonka Broker does not store credit card numbers, security codes, or full payment instruments. We may receive limited metadata from Stripe, such as payment status or the last four digits of a card, as required for fulfillment and recordkeeping.

Age Restriction

We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If you believe such data has been collected, contact us immediately.

ACCESS TO INFERENCE-USAGE DATA

Gonka Broker provides user-facing summaries of how many Inference Tokens have been consumed via the Gonka.ai network.

We may access the following categories of data:

Types of usage data accessed

• Token consumption counts
• API request metadata (timestamps, status codes)
• Model identifiers requested
• Node identifiers or routing information (when provided by the network)

How this data is used

• To display usage analytics and balance information
• To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse
• To compute token deductions
• To assist in customer support and troubleshooting

Data sharing

We do not share inference usage data with third parties except as required to operate the Services (e.g., hosting providers, infrastructure services under strict confidentiality).

We do not store inference prompts, model outputs, or any content of inference requests, as all inference is performed externally by Gonka.ai.

Data retention

Usage data is retained only as long as necessary for operational, accounting, or legal compliance reasons.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use personal information for the purposes listed below, relying on legitimate interests, contractual necessity, consent, or legal obligations.
